We take great pride in our cozy cottage by making our guests feel like they are right at home. We also value our guests safety while staying in our cottage. Our cottage is a great place for people to get away, but also be centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in the city of Boise. You may even see our local flock of ducks and geese wandering around the neighborhood. Locations such as the interstate, airport, downtown and local grocery stores are just a hop skip and a jump away. This is a spacious 1000 sq ft vaulted ceiling open floor plan 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage that can accommodate 4 adults, or a small smallof four. The kitchen is fully stocked to make any size meal you may need. Feel spoiled using brand new electric oven and storing your cold and frozen goods in side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. The bedroom has a brand new King size bed with plush mattress. Updated linens and pillows are always a priority at our cottage. The living room has a sofa that transitions to another full size bed. Also has two additional chairs for extra seating. Large bath is complete with large walk in shower, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries. The cottage has white birch flooring installed for that new cozy home feel, as well as easy clean up. UPDATE! The cottage just received a Xeriscape backyard makeover! Saving water one day at a time! Complete with new gas grill, brand contemporary fence, river rocks, "grass" that looks perfect all the time, and a couple chairs to enjoy quiet time. We offer high speed WIFI connection for our guests, which should make it easy to stream movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Peacock. The cottage has two TVs, one 70” smart TV in the living room and one 32” smart TV in the bedroom. Both TVs have around 51 digital HD channels and stream various providers. The cottage recently just received a brand new central heating and cooling system installed complete with smart EcoBee thermostat. There is also a covered 1 car carport to the left of the cottage, and plenty of extra space for an RV, Trailer, boat in the field on the west side of the carport that you are free to use. There is also a park one block from the cottage that has an off leash section for your furry friends! Guests should Be assured complete privacy when staying in the cottage. We love being able to host our guests and give them the best of the best. Guests will be allowed use of the entire cottage including a covered carport(there is a two car garage on the other side of the cottage not for guests) fenced backyard, laundry room and field area next to the cottage for additional parking. You will have complete privacy with self check in by way of lock box, but we are always available for questions during your stay. The cottage is a fully separate space 1000 sq ft , and no shared spaces. Guest are in good hands with 24/7 guest support, but complete privacy. Guests will receive a welcome letter upon booking a reservation that will give all information about checking in/out. The property is self service with a key lock box so that guests can check in at anytime of the day. Guests are encouraged to contact us by phone/text/email with any questions or concerns. Guest should have a feeling of complete security and comforting feeling of the quiet neighborhood. The cottage is located in a great location,being that many places are a 5 to 10 minute drive. Location is within 3 supermarkets, multiple restaurants, large movie theatre, large gym, and shopping centers. Mollenar Park is 1 block down the Maplegrove and has a large pond that you can fish, great walking path to walk your furry friends, as well as newly updated dog off leash park. We are very close to the Airport and local bus route is a couple blocks down Maplegrove. There is always the use of taxis, UBER, Lyft etc. If you have any transportation questions feel free to ask and we can try and find the best answer for you. The Cottage is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
