Beach Condo on the Famous Playa Los Muertos

My place is on the famous Playa Los Muertos ("beach of the dead"--but don't worry, it's much, much nicer and prettier than the name implies). We are close to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, pharmacies (farmacias), spas, and taxis--for those times you don't feel like walking. You’ll love my place because of the beach and ocean views, the prime location, the people, and the outdoor space. Our place is good for couples, small families, and solo adventurers. The space Our condo is located in the Playa Bonita (pretty beach) building, which is an older, established property (built in the 1990s). Occupancy is a mix of vacation renters and full- and part-time residents. Our building is right next door to the famous Blue Chairs Resort. We are on the first floor, so there are no stairs or elevators to take. The patio leads directly to the pool and cabana area, which makes it feel like you have your own private swimming pool and sunbathing deck. Pool hours are limited so you aren't likely to be disturbed by people having fun at the pool and cabana. Since we are located directly on Playa Los Muertos Beach, most vacationers tend to enjoy the beach for sunbathing, and the ocean for swimming, so the pool isn't really used all that much. Guest access You have the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, the pool area, and Playa Bonita's own private beach with palapas. Other things to note Everything you might need or want is within walking distance or an easy taxi or Uber ride away.
