The space -Main floor bedroom has a king-size bed, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and shades for privacy and comfort. -Loft suite is a cozy space with a king-size bed, full length mirror, ambient lighting, and the most stunning views in the home. Also has a dedicated work space with a desk and docking station. -Living room & dining area provides a beautiful view of the Susquehanna river with the large windows. Also has a smart TV and a gas fireplace creating a cozy space. -Kitchen is stocked with amenities and the essentials. -Bathroom has a large walk in rain shower, dual vanity, and smart glass window for privacy. -Outdoor patio is fully covered with a lounge area that overlooks the river, real wood burning fireplace, and a built in gas grilling station. -Outdoor hot tub is tucked behind the building in a dedicated space, for privacy and ease of access. Other things to note: *No parties or events, unless communicated with host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in fees and penalties. *This home is built on a steep hillside, so the driveway is steep.
