Great fishing, ice skating, star gazing☄️🌠, kayaking, hiking👫 🚴🏼‍♀️and simply enjoying the view in this beautiful home with hardwood floors, open floor plan, granite countertops, large master bed and bath, jet tub🛀🏼, second br with queen🛌🏼 and bunk. WiFi , work station with views of the water, TV and games for your entertainment pleasure. Jacuzzi tub 🛀 in upstairs bath. Lots of space, open floor plan, great views and natural light, master bedroom is large with a loveseat, rocking chair and large comfy leather chair. kids room has a bunk bed that converts to a couch. Lots of puzzles, books and crafts to play with. Disclaimer- craft supplies do dwindle at times so don't count on this. Thank you. The entire house with lawn to the lake front is all yours during your stay. Dock and kayaks as weather permits. Motorboats are not allowed on the lake so it is very quiet. If you have any questions🤔📱 were available via text. We also live close by if anything needs to be addressed or if you'd like to chat. A great place for relaxation. A stroll around the lake is complete with a walking dam over the spillway. Fishing here is world class. Andover is centrally located between UCONN, Eastern, Hartford and Boston. There are many trails nearby for hiking and biking. In the colder months there are bonfires, ice fishing and skating. There's a nice hill for sledding down the road. By car were centrally located between Hartford and Boston. We are close to Uconn in Storrs, Tolland, Hebron, and Manchester. Rooms are large. Living room has several (4) large leather recliners with built in charging stations. If you have to bring a pet we suggest you look elsewhere. We have frequent guests who are severely allergic. If you feel the need to bring a pet we will have to charge a cleaning fee of $1500 to clean all the products in the house. There will also be a fee required in the form of daily rent of $50/night. In addition the fireplace and woodstove are not currently operational. Please do not burn wood or paper products in either of these locations. Thank you for your cooperation.
