I'd love to come back.’ The space This large end-of-terrace house (new build) with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms has recently been furnished in grand style and awaits you with a fresh and modern design. The location is excellent: Europa-Park in Rust is a 35-minute drive away, and the cities of Strasbourg and Offenburg are also ideal for a stroll. The house is surrounded by vineyards and forest, and there is a barefoot path 100 metres away. A stream babbles right in front of the house. Start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and all the wonderful amenities this holiday home has to offer. Details: The large entrance area provides ample space for prams or bicycles. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a comfortable 1.8 m box spring bed with an Hn8 quality mattress and a desk where you can comfortably open your laptop. The first bathroom with shower, toilet and urinal is located right next door. Upstairs are the second and third bedrooms, each with a 1.8 m box spring bed with Hn8 quality mattress, desk and a 43" smart TV. The second bathroom with shower, toilet and urinal is located right next door. The fully equipped large living-dining-kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven and microwave has everything you need. From here, you have direct access to your large terrace. Enjoy your evening of television directly from the large sofa on the 50" smart TV. A washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located in the attic. The fourth room has a 1.8 m box spring bed and a 90 cm box spring bed. The fifth room has a 1.8 m box spring bed and a sofa bed with a 1.4 m sleeping area, offering space for additional guests. You can watch your favourite series in peace on the 43" smart TV. The third bathroom with shower, toilet and urinal is also located in the attic. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. From the hallway, you have access to the roof terrace, which is perfect for sunbathing. There are three free parking spaces in front of the building. Additional parking spaces are available directly on the street. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. Please feel at home! Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You will also receive a welcome pack with coffee and tea, as well as a small toiletries kit. Additional services: - Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional fee. - Cleaning during your stay can also be booked for an additional fee. - If you would like to use our electric car charging station, please contact us. A registration form must be completed before check-in. Starting July 1, 2026, every guest aged 18 or older must pay an additional bed tax of €3.50 per night to the host via the Airbnb Mediation Center. This bed tax is not included in the listed price.
