Welcome to the Ô fil du Loir cottage, a peaceful eco-designed haven for two people. Nestled by the river, this unique place invites you to disconnect and recharge in the heart of nature. Enjoy a soothing setting, a warm interior and a preserved environment, ideal for a romantic getaway or a nature break. The space Inside, enjoy a cocooning space: two comfortable armchairs facing a large glass window open to nature, a wood-burning stove that warms the atmosphere. An equipped kitchen, a mezzanine sleeping area accessible by a ladder, as well as a bathroom with shower and dry toilet. The water is drawn directly from the ground thanks to our well, the gray water is treated on site via a phyto purification system (natural filtration by plants). Outside, a private terrace awaits you to enjoy the sunny days by the water, with a barbecue at your disposal for alfresco dining in a soothing setting. Here, no superfluous: only calm, nature, and slowing down time. An ideal place to reconnect with the essentials, with ease. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage as well as the private terrace with views of the Loir. The 2100 m2 garden is fully accessible for relaxing by the water. The entry is independent and the access is completely private. On site parking. Access is via a gate with a code padlock and then a key box also with a code . Other things to note The water in the cottage comes from our natural well: a local, pure and precious resource. She powers a shower, a sink, and a sink. The water reserve of the well is about 50 liters: careful and measured use is therefore essential. To preserve the ecological balance, we provide you with eco-friendly dish soap and shower gel, adapted to natural sanitation. 🚽 The dry toilet is part of this approach of respecting nature. A filtered water fountain is available for consumption. 🔥Heating is exclusively provided by the wood-burning stove, for a gentle and friendly warmth. 🪵 The wood is provided and ready on arrival, all you have to do is light the fire and enjoy its cocooning atmosphere. An auxiliary radiator is also present to maintain a pleasant temperature, but it is pre-set and cannot be modified in order to preserve the balance of the place. The bed will be made upon arrival with blankets also available for cool nights if needed. Bath linens are provided 🚲 For your walks, a bike rental is available upon request.
