Inside, the space features a comfortable queen bed, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a 50” Roku streaming TV, a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi, a clean full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Guest Access & Shared Amenities: Guests enjoy complete independent arrival with self-check-in, free on-premises parking, and a private entrance. No children or teenagers under the age of 16 are permitted on the premises. **Registered Guests Only: To comply with insurance requirements, only visitors included on the official reservation are allowed on the property grounds. Unregistered day guests or visitors are strictly prohibited. **Seasonal Pool & Spa Notice: The outdoor pool and spa area are unheated and open seasonally from June through August. They are completely closed from September through May. **Quiet Hours: Help us keep the ranch peaceful! Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM (including all shared pool deck areas). **Ranch Safety: For your safety and the health of our animals, please do not enter the fenced animal enclosures. **Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and is only permitted outdoors away from the pool area. **No parties or events.
