Large windows frame stunning water views, and the open-plan living space is perfect for lazy mornings, slow evenings, and everything in between. The space There is a short 4 minute walk from the car parking area to the lodge across a remote field, where a luggage buggy is provided to assist you to transport your luggage to and from your car. Should you feel you may need assistance to carry over your belongings, do not hesitate to let us know. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you feel this may be beneficial to you so we can ensure this is arranged. We would also advise suitable footwear, as UK weather is unpredictable, giving you the real countryside experience! Guest access Key box details will be shared just before check in. Other things to note Please note, the second bed is a comfortable double sofa bed as seen in the living room photographs. *Bedding provided by the host. As well as being a serene morning view to wake up to, our private fishing pond offers the likes of Trout, Mirror carp, Tench and Common carp up to 12lb. Fishing equipment is not provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own fishing equipment, just let us know beforehand! *Please note, all fish must be returned safely to the pond!* Additional services offered: -BBQ Charcoal £4 -Logs & Kindling for the outdoor fire pit £13 -Decorations for a celebration (Anniversary, Birthday etc.) £20 for the host to install decorations purchased and sent by the guest. -Farm shop celebration hamper £25-£50 Please message the host regarding any additional services, and we will be happy to discuss further.
