The outside entertainment center is great for hanging out, while cooking and having a good show on TV. Please be aware you will hear roosters and pigs early in the morning. Guest access I do rent a small spot for a travel trailer or a tent but they do not have access to anything behind the camper or fire pit. Other things to note Please make sure that you shut the AC off when you are away please make sure that the awning is closed when you leave and at night, because we get summer storms and can ruin it. Please take all your trash. Please pick up after your dogs and do not let them dig holes. Pet fee is 30 under 30 lb 100 over 50 lb per day. ABSOLUTELY NO BURNING IN PIT NEXT TO TUB.
