Small single room for short city stays

Small, cosy room and adjacent bathroom in a modern, stylish property, located in a newly-built residential area on the south of Edinburgh, just off the bypass and on major bus routes into the city centre. There is private parking. It is a peaceful place to escape to after a day in the city or to enjoy countryside walks in the surrounding area. It is a smoke free property, inside and out. N.B the price is room only, so cooking facilities are not available The space Modern three bedroom home, bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, host kitchen and living area downstairs. Guest access Upstairs bedroom and bathroom. On arrival, use of kitchen for short breakfast preparation can be agreed, bearing in mind that I am a live-in host, working full time, sometimes from home, so will be using the kitchen and downstairs living space. The only other request is to keep all personal / clothing and toiletry items within the single room, and leave all areas as clean and tidy as you find them. During your stay I am a friendly host, happy to help and advise as guests need but mostly like to keep myself to myself, working in school or translation work in the evenings. I will also not bother guests. Other things to note The room is like a quiet haven of comfort away from the city centre. Buses are frequent, the bus stop is a short, flat, well-lit 8 minute walk from the house, the bus takes about 30 minutes into the city centre, 50 minutes to the airport. If you are travelling with large luggage, please bear in mind this walk and that it is a small single room (exactly as pictured in the photo) It is best suited to short stays. There is a ring door device on the front door which includes a video camera to monitor the front door and path up to it.
