Small single room for short city stays

Single room in quiet and stylish modern home, on major bus routes to Edinburgh city centre. Garden with patio and private parking. The space Modern three bedroom home, bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, dining kitchen, utility area, toilet downstairs. Guest access Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen for breakfast preparation. Eventual evening meal prep to be discussed with host in advance, to agree timings and use of this private living space. Only request is to leave each area as clean and tidy as you find them and avoid any strong smells that might linger or travel upstairs. During your stay I am a friendly host, happy to help and advise as guests need but mostly keep myself to myself, working in school or translation work in the evenings.
