Camper with beautiful views !

Welcome to The Camper! Sleeps 3. We offer independant living Does not have a stove but has kitchen gadgets to make almost any meal. Bbq on a private deck overlooking our signature hole. Minutes off of the 101 exit13. 1999 27ft renovated Dutchman 5th wheel camper. Located on the golf course overlooking our signature hole. Our short term rentals are a separate business from the golf course. Beautiful views, tranquility and location. Queen pillowtop in bedroom, short futon in the living space. The space Being a camper the hot water tank is smaller than in a house and requires quick showers,saying that we have installed a new larger than average hot water tank(8 min shower?)It also reheats water tank quickly within 20 minutes . Camper does have AC but a camper still does not stay as cooled down as a house(outside is metal & thinner walls) .Even with ac you must open roof vents at times to let heat out & always close if rain is in the forecast .Campers are wired differently than homes and a limited # of appliances can be used at one time. There is a microwave,kettle,single serve coffee maker, small slow cooker,electric fry pan & coffee. Note* the oven is not hooked up as it runs on propane and we are running The camper is electric only. We have a full queen in the bedroom and a short small jack knife sofa in the living room.If you require bedding for the 2nd bed please let me know. A pillow top self inflating twin air mattress is also available on request.Thre is a small Tv with belltv.There is a bbq, There is a short walk from your car to the camper over a grass area.(see picture of the distance) We also have a 1 bedroom apt " Valley Gem" and "The Valley Gem Loft" studio ,at the same location listed on Airbnb these two are listed year around this is convenient if 3 families are travelling together or for wedding guests.
