If there is a signal intermittency, it is the responsibility of the telephone operator (Vivo company). Send us a message and we'll try to work it out. · We kindly ask that you respect the law of silence from 10 pm to 7 am. · Check that you have not left electronics or appliances on when you leave the apartment. · We have 01 spaces available for guest parking, the spaces are rotating, occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not have exclusive spots for the apartment If you can't find a parking space, it is possible to park on the street (in front of or near the building). If there is a space, the guest can use (only 01 space), unfortunately we do not have spaces for visitors. Authorized visits must be parked on the street. (There are six spaces in the building, and I need you to let us know your license plate if you plan to use the space). We kindly ask you to close the windows when you are away from the property so that you do not wet the furniture in case of rain. We also ask that whenever possible leave the curtains of the room closed between 06 and 09 in the morning, as the apartment is nascent and the sun falls on the TV. · Avoid putting wet towel on the bed/sofa. · Remember that you are staying in a residential apartment (with its advantages and disadvantages). Unfortunately we don't work as a hotel. We have no breakfast, no maid or room service. Meal purchases and drinks are the guest's responsibility. (We suggest using rappi, uber eats, ifood, and corneshop apps). If any issue arises related to the property, we will endeavor to try to assist you. · If the gas (canister) runs out, the kitchen drawer is available for request. Request the invoice/receipt with a logo and phone number of the supplier that we will reimburse you. · Any damage to the property or furniture must be reimbursed. · Children and Infants: We know that children fill the world with love and smiles. We accept to receive children and babies, but we do not have screens/safety nets on the windows, we do not have any items related to the protection and safety of children and babies. We do not provide cribs, chairs, bottles, etc. So you should take care of the little ones. · We emphasize that the property's location is in a tropical country, in a hot city, with a lot of humidity, close to the sea, so the saltpeter often erodes the furniture and at some times of the year mosquitoes/insects appear here, (we suggest using repellents/sunscreen in Salvador). · Remember the use of fruits, vegetables and perishable products can attract insects to the property. We ask that our guests help us prevent the entry of insects in the apartments keeping them clean and without accumulation of garbage. (The garbage container is available daily on the ground floor of the building. The city collects trash: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays). · Residents of Salvador and the region must communicate with the host before booking. · Extra Guests/Visitors: This is a family environment and therefore visitors or extra guests must have prior written permission from the owner. If you would like to receive a friend or family, please contact us first. Visitors, when allowed, are only accepted during the day. Visitors are not Allowed at night. R$300 per day will be charged per extra guest/unauthorized visitor. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund if this rule is broken. · Each guest must send a copy of their ID prior to arrival at the property. If this is not done, a copy of the identity will be requested well in advance of check-in (by photo via email or zap). Without this registration, the delivery of the property key is compromised. For your safety, we need to confirm guest ID. · We do not accept reservations made by third parties, the guest who makes the reservation must be present at the accommodation and the name of all guests must be sent by website chat, email or zap before arrival to pick up the key at the address indicated. · Pets: We know the love of many guests for their pets. We recognize the transformative power of any animal, unfortunately we CANNOT accept them property. If the guest brings animals without authorization, an additional lodging fee of R$800.00 per day will be charged per animal, considering the check-in date. The immediate departure of guests from the property will be requested, without the right to reimbursement, due to non-compliance with the rules. If there is any damage to the property, furniture or other items of the property will also be charged a fine of R$6,000.00 per animal. · Late Check-out: The check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m. If the guest has not left by this time a fine of R$200 reais is charged, if he does not have a prior written authorization for this. If the delay at check-out exceeds 2 hours from the established time, the fine is R$800 reais. The payment of this fine does not entitle you to an extra night, it is a fine for the inconvenience caused. If you need to stay for more days, a change or new reservation through the site is necessary for this purpose (if available). Any refund that is paid to future guests because of this delay at checkout will also be charged. We look forward to your understanding as we need to arrange the cleaning schedule, laundry, property maintenance etc. If any subsequent hosting is affected because of the breach of this rule and we have to make refunds, it will also be charged. · Loss of keys: If the guest loses the key, a fee of R$600.00 is charged for the replacement of each key and lock exchange service. · For security reasons, it is not allowed to send packages or correspondence at this address. If there is any attempt to have anything delivered, it will be returned and we are not responsible for the item. Note: The guest is authorized to use the food delivery apps, supermarket and pharmacy (ifood, Uber eats, Uber, taxi, 99taxi, rappi and the like). Supermarkets using delivery app: Gbarbosa, Good Price/BIG, Ideal Hyper, Atacadão, Maxxi, Sam's Club, Perini, etc. · Guests must immediately inform about any problems in the apartment. We will strive to be agile, we ask our guests to have patience and understanding, since we are not a hotel chain and we depend on third parties to make repairs and repairs. We are not responsible for interruptions of services of the companies (Internet, Water, Light, etc.), we do not make refunds for failures in these services. · Our cleaning fee is based on a zealous guest (e.g. someone who washes the dishes and leaves the place as they found it, etc.). We do not have hotel or maid services. If the cleaning staff finds an unusual “mess” after checkout, we will charge an additional fee of R$200.00 for the extra cleaning time. · Our cancellation policy is strict. We don't make stay reductions, unused nights are non-refundable. In general we do not make changes of dates, any exception depends exclusively on the decision of the owners. We advise our guests to purchase travel insurance for possible eventualities beyond control, so they can get refunds in these cases. · COVID-19 - If any guest staying in the apartment has the virus, they must immediately inform the host. Any symptoms similar to flu symptoms should also be reported (cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath). You are reserving an apartment by your own choice and agree that you will not attempt to destroy anything in any location of the property or building in which it is located. Even if you are dissatisfied with any decision made by the site or host regarding any type of dissatisfaction you may have regarding your stay. · We reserve the right to refuse to host or refuse demands from rude, aggressive, disrespectful or impolite guests. We will not hesitate to end the stay at our discretion if there is verbal harassment/abuse of our staff or other residents. Remember, this is a residential environment. · All guests must comply with the current legislation of the country, the State, and the city during their stay. Any evidence of violence, theft, trespass, stalking, drugs, or damage to the host, other residents, or property will be reported to local authorities. By booking our accommodation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these house rules. Any violation of these rules may result in the end of the stay without any refund. If you have any criticism, complaints, or suggestions send it to us via email or message. I'm not interested in making an annual rental contract at this time. I only accept reservations through the site. I don't rent off-site.
