Guests who fail to provide a passport copy will not be permitted to stay. 【Strictly Non-Smoking (Entire Property)】 Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the building and anywhere on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found, a 30,000 JPY deep-cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged. 【Registered Guests Only】 Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited from entering or staying, even for a short time (similar to standard hotel policies). Please notify us in advance if there are any changes to your group size. 【Linens & Towels】 Daily housekeeping or towel replacement is not provided during your stay. Please use the provided washer-dryer to launder and reuse them as needed. 【Quiet Hours (After 10:00 PM)】 This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many elderly residents. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Parties, events, and loud behavior are strictly prohibited. 【Important: Accommodation Tax from April 2026】 In accordance with Hokkaido and Hakodate City regulations, an Accommodation Tax will be charged for all stays starting from April 1, 2026.
