Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Calm and nice neighborhood. 5 min to bus stop. Half a mile to major hwy 169. only 10 min to downtown Minneapolis and 15 min to Mall of America. close to shopping center and grocery stores. Close to trail and biking path. The space This is a rambler house. There are few steps to get to the entrance. There are two entrances to the first floor. The guests will use a key pad entry to get inside. There are three bedrooms in the house. The basement has a long term tenant. There is a backyard access for the tenant to get into her space. There are two bathrooms . One stand up shower and the other one has a tub. the two bathrooms are shared. The kitchen has most cooking materials. Spices, coffee, sugar and pots and pans are available. We have an oven toaster, Electric kettle, regular stove kettle ,rice cooker and a slow cooker. The room has an attatched deck. There is a desk and a chair in the room and also a smart TV. Other things to note If you want to check in early. There is $20 fee to come at 12:00 instead of 3:00 pm. If you are interested, contact your host.
