Nestled behind our home, come & relax at this quirky, unique and tranquil getaway only moments away from the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford & Burghley Park. Explore the nearby nature reserve & other amenities at Rutland Water or take it easy in The Dovecote and its surrounding gardens. A spot of tennis or croquet perhaps? Or wander down to the idyllic River Welland at the bottom of the garden. A warm welcome awaits. The space On the ground floor the entrance hall with spiral staircase opens into a cosy open plan sitting room with dining area where around the corner is a compact kitchen. French windows open onto a private terrace with fabulous views across the Welland Valley. On the first floor, there is a generous bedroom with king-sized bed and a separate travatina- tiled and floored shower room. A large garden can be wandered down to the River Welland. Beautiful walks can be had from the property and there is a fabulous, welcoming pub a short walk away. Drinks only , but well worth it for the hospitality and friendliness.
