We are just 10 Minutes from the beautiful market town of Market Harborough and the Train Station. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space! Or visit the local Swan Inn, our local Award winning country thatched pub. This private Guest suite has the luxury of a large lounge / living room area with Sofa, Coffee table and Smart Tv, and use of Netflix. The lounge also provides a Dedicated workspace (Desk and Swivel Chair). There also a Large kitchen / Dining area with a fridge Freezer. Air Fryer, Microwave, toaster and kettle. The Ensuite bedroom has a comfortable Super king-size bed, x2 Bed side Tables and a smart TV. There is a spacious shower room, Utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The property is accessed via the private side entrance. We are pet friendly with direct access to your own privately enclosed courtyard. Host Sarah lives on-site. The ‘Griffin Trail’ Walk Way provide green corridor between Braybrooke and Market Harborough and leads to the Braybrooke Brewery Tap Room Serving coffee, drinks, pastries and cakes. Market Harborough is a 10 minute drive and has been named as one of the best places to live for the THIRD year in a row in 2025! Tea, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits and cereal provided. for 1-2 night stays. 3 Nights or more - will be treated to a guest basket with Eggs, Bacon, Croissants, Jam, Honey etc (Products may vary). The garden is directly accessible from the apartment and is private/secure. Easy to unpack (parking right outside door).There is parking available for 2 cars if required.
