You will love the peace and quiet of our modern newly-refurbished 2-floor guest suite on a leafy residential cul-de-sac with off-street parking. Ideal for one or two guests. Babies welcome, high chair available. Explore parkland along Grand Union Canal, local shops are within walking distance. Milton Keynes and surrounding areas including The Centre:MK, Xscape ski slope, MK Central train station, and Stadium:MK are only a short drive or bus journey away. We look forward to welcoming you. The space We are delighted to host you in our private, self-contained 2-floor guest suite comprised of a downstairs living area and comfortable loft bedroom. The space is a perfect size for 1 to 2 guests. It’s quiet and sunny and has king-size double bed. The property is a modern, clean and spacious garage-conversion attached to the main family house but kept completely separate by an internal door, which remains locked at all times. There is an external entrance door (separate to the main house) to the guest suite allowing private access for guests. The ground floor living area is an open-plan space made up of: - Lounge with sofa, 40" television with Freeview, DVD player and HDM1 cable. - Kitchenette with microwave, 2-hob cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, sink and washing machine. All crockery, cutlery are also provided. - kitchen bar with two barstools. - Private shower room with toilet, basin and towels. A staircase takes you up to the bright and comfortable loft bedroom with a king-size double bed where we hope you enjoy a wonderful night sleep. A desk and chair are also provided. There are plenty of power sockets to charge your phones and other devices. WiFi is provided for guests. Guest access The suite is attached to the main family house but is completely private and independent for guests. There is an internal ground floor door linking the space to the main house which will remain locked at all times throughout your stay. Guests have their own external access and off-road parking is available on the left side of driveway on most occasions. Please do not park on the shared gravel driveway. Other things to note All bedding, linen and towels are provided - if you need more, just ask! There is an iron and ironing board provided. Free WiFi is available for normal use only (no large downloads). Please be aware that the space is furnished with a light carpet so no shoes inside / and please keep food & drinks in kitchen area only - any stains or damage will be pursued through Airbnb, thank you. Notes: The little freezer door has become loose inside the fridge but it works perfectly fine. It can be reattached by inserting the hinge into the hole on right hand side. I will source a replacement asap. The right hand window is stiff and needs to be llifted slightly to close.
