Living Room: Features a full size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. White noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom. All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Bathroom 1: Full bathroom on the main level stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also provided. Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with stand-up shower located in the finished basement. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using pots & pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and baking dishes. Dining area has a table that will accommodate 6. Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided! Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia! Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets. Other things to note The grill is located in the backyard and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
