Tucked away in peaceful Bedford Corners, this renovated 1900s cottage offers charm, comfort, and privacy. Just a short drive to Westchester County Airport (HPN) and popular local spots, only 45 mins to NYC Yet perfectly secluded for a true escape. Relax among the pines, enjoy modern amenities, and you may even spot deer or other wildlife wandering through. Ideal for a romantic getaway, quiet retreat, or a peaceful place to recharge. The space This cozy 1-bedroom cottage features a king bed closet space and a full bathroom with a bathtub. (Hand soap, Body soap, hair shampoo & conditioner provided) The living room includes a queen-size pull-out sofa, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV for your comfort. Please note: The loft area visible in photos is currently not accessible for short term stays. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking essentials, and includes a propane cooktop (no oven). A Microwave, toaster oven, Coffee maker, Nespresso. (Coffee & tea Variety's provided) As well as sugar, Sweet & Low / honey. A BBQ grill & FIrepit is available just off the main porch, along with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. We’re still adding special touches to/around the property, but feel free to explore, enjoy the grounds, and snack on the fresh raspberries growing nearby(when in season of course)! (property is not completely fenced in ) Guest access Guests will enjoy keyless entry, with the code provided upon booking for easy, contactless check-in. While we’re still in the process of creating a walking path and putting the final touches on the landscaping, you’re welcome to explore the 1.7 acres and enjoy the property as it is. There will be no active construction during your stay, so you can relax and unwind without disruption. Please note that the pool is currently under repair and not accessible at this time. You may occasionally see us—Leila and I—outside playing fetch with our yellow lab, Georgia, or tending to the raised-bed vegetable garden, but we always respect your privacy and will not be near the cottage unless requested. Pets are welcome! Guests may have their dogs on or off leash if they are comfortable with their pet’s recall and training. Please note that the property is not fully fenced, so we ask guests to use caution and supervise pets based on their comfort level and their dog’s training. Laundry room/Basement Access is around the Back side of cottage. Guests are welcome to use the laundry room at all times, no restirctions --we just ask the lights be left off when not in use. You may also use the space for additional storage if needed. Other things to note Washer and dryer are on site, but it does require a walk to the basement side of the cottage. It is not a far walk around back but it can prove difficult for some guests during the winter / snowy weather. We are happy to help answer any specific property questions before or during your stay to ensure the property is a fit for your needs! Instacart, Uber Eats, and other delivery apps service the area.
