The space The apartment has a large living-dining-kitchen room, all together and open-plan that gives a feeling of spaciousness and warmth. In addition, having a large glass door to access the terrace and two windows in the kitchen, there is a lot of light and cross ventilation. This nice little terrace has two areas: one with armchairs and a low table to rest or have a snack, and another with two chairs and a high table for lunch/dinner. As it is a wide street, there is no building in front that takes away light or privacy. And the leafy trees make the atmosphere even more pleasant (you can tell it's my favorite part of the house). It consists of two rooms; one is private and locked to which the guest will not have access; and the other is large, with a double bed, closet, high hanger and study area with desk and lamp in case a study/teleworking environment is needed.
