With comfortable accommodations The space Step into the inviting Studio, your personal haven within the Seascape Resort. This thoughtfully designed space centers around a comfortable King Sized bed, promising restful nights after days filled with seaside adventures. Natural light floods the room, accentuating the coastal-inspired decor and creating a serene atmosphere. A dedicated workstation allows for you to be productive on your trip if you choose. Enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchenette supplied with a drip coffee pot, stove top, mini fridge and microwave- perfect for preparing light meals. Add to your romantic ambience with the flicker of a cozy fireplace. The studio also features a private balcony where you can enjoy a garden & ocean view beyond. Here you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets. The space also provides access to resort amenities, including a pool and hot tub, making it the perfect spot for a couple's getaway or solo retreat. Guest access PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system. FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches. Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site). Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages, south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Open fires on the sand are allowed-supplies are available at the Village across the street. Other things to note There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills). We provide a well-stocked villa for your stay including a kitchen complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply a drip coffee maker with supplies to get your vacation started off right. Pool towels, as well as additional bedding supplies can be found in the bedroom closets. Concierge services, front desk services, access to staff driven golf carts are not available. The fitness facility and bike rentals available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site). $250 bonfires & $75 smores packages booked through the front desk are not available to private renters, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand (Seascape is one of the few California beaches that allows for open fires- supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area. NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
