My place is close to Muri Beach and Lagoon, Fruits of Raro. You’ll love my place because of A great price and easy st roll to the beach markets and resturants. The space This is a small private home for rent on Rarotonga. Rona Kaitangata is 50 yards from the lagoon in the south-eastern corner of the island near Muri and allows easy access to the beach which is just across the road. The house is situated on two-thirds of an acre. The best lagoon snorkelling on Rarotonga is at the eastern end of Titikaveka, a short walk westwards along the road or the beach. Single separate bedroom with queen-sized bed, walk-through closet to bathroom with ample hot water shower. Gas-top cooker in fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator etc. External laundry/washhouse with automatic washing machine. Shady verandah on two sides of the house surrounded by trellis for privacy. Outside cold shower for washing off the sand. Ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom plus pedestal fan. All windows are fully insect-screened. Telephone with free local calls only. Bed linen and towels supplied. Guest access Everywhere Other things to note I am happy to arrange and would recommend transfers to and from the home, they're NZ$40.00 return or NZ$20.00 one way for adults and NZ$20.00 return or NZ$10.00 one way for kids under 12. There are not a lot of street names or signage or road lighting here in Rarotonga, and google maps doesnt work well here, people often struggle to find the home. Just let me know and I can adjust the price after confirmation. The house has a BlueSky Hotspot, to access it you need to open your browser, it will default to the Cook Islands BlueSky page, in the lower left corner, you’re able to by a data package (they’ll send you a username and password).
