Villa Lakeside

Villa Lakeside is a 3-bedroom house on the south shore of Lake Ontario. The space The house is a bungalow with three bedrooms. The living room and the dining room have large windows/glass doors that directly facing the lake. All three bed rooms have closet and windows. The two larger bedrooms have a queen size bed in each. The third bed room is smaller with two single beds. There are two recently renovated bathrooms in the house. Both have walk-in shower and no tub. The main bathroom is on the main floor and a 2nd bathroom is in the basement. Guest access At the time of the booking, you need to confirm the total number of people you will have on the property and the names of each adult in your group. The house is right by the lake Ontario and there is lakeview from living/dinning rooms. However, but there is No access to the water, which is about 10+ft below the retaining wall. Easy access to the water and a pebble beach can be found through the Murray Street Park half a block away. Only registered guests are allowed to be on the property. If you plan to have your own guest/s over, permission from the owner is required and they cannot stay on the property between 11:30pm-6am. We have a strict maximum occupancy of 8 on property. The guests are not permitted to get on or go over the retaining wall by the lake. Nor are they allowed to access the lake from the backyard. Please be with your children at all times. Adult guests are allowed access to the basement for laundry and the 2nd bathroom. Children are not allowed in the basement, as the basement is not completed finished and the stairway is steep. TV has a a few over-the-air local stations, Disney Plus and Netflix (Canadian programming). We do not have cable programming. No Pets on property. Other things to note We require the names of all adult guests and their government issued ID submitted to Airbnb (we will not see them). This applies to non-overnight staying guests who will be on the property. Parking is available on the driveway, which can accommodate up to 6 cars in tandem. We recommend parking on the driveway to give more space to the runners/walkers and cyclists who share the streets.
