The space This cozy retreat has everything needed for a special mountain getaway. You literally cannot be closer to the chairlift than from our location. Relax with a Keurig made coffee and enjoy the view from this corner suite! From the bedroom, you will awake to the gorgeous, unobstructed view of Rainbow Mountain. This one bedroom, two bathroom condo has been renovated with class and style. The kitchen has been updated with custom cabinetry, high-end Miele and Fisher Paykel appliances including a full fridge, dishwasher, oven, convection microwave, and a cooktop with ventilation everything needed to provide a memorable meal, designed to easily entertain your guests. There is gorgeous heated tile throughout the entire unit, two custom renovated full bathrooms with walk-in glass showers. The home is wired for your entertainment, connecting the sound with both televisions and the stereo. There is ample organization and storage here with custom built-ins in the entry way and bedroom. Le Chamois has recently completed upgrades which produced a brand new pool and hot tub area as well as a new exercise room and equipment. Plus, all units were outfitted with new, efficient tilt-and-turn windows! We've also recently added a phone sanitizer! Ideal for combating Covid and other viruses. You will be the first to hit the slopes on that long awaited powder day as we are located right across from the Blackcomb Gondola! After a long day on the hill, you will be thrilled to know that you also have access to the "Chamois Owners Ski Vallet"! Simply drop skis off at Spicy Sports, lock them and they will be brought inside at the end of the day for you! Our complex also houses an outdoor heated pool and hot tub for all to enjoy! For summer vacationing, you will love our proximity to the Whistler's outdoor play activities at the base of Blackcomb Mountain including mini putt! Our suite offers a private bedroom with a queen bed, and a pull out queen sofa bed. If needed, there is also a chair that converts to a cot-bed, ideal for toddlers. Our suite comfortably sleeps four however if necessary could accommodate a fifth guest. Upper Village is truly a secluded gem in Whistler, peaceful, pretty and steps away from everything! Only an 8-10 minute stunning stroll to the base of Whistler Mountain. Guest access You will be staying at Le Chamois as a guest of an owner. You will not have access to the hotel front desk or the hotel staff. You have unrestricted access to our suite! We have a keyless entry keypad which will give you access at anytime to the suite. You will require a building door code In order to access Le Chamois after hours and while entering the underground parking. You will receive access to these codes in the arrival guide on the airbnb app closer to your arrival. Free parking for one vehicle. License plate required. As you will be staying in a Le Chamois owners suite, you also receive complimentary ski and snowboard storage at Spicy Sports, located in our building, on the skiers plaza. Let them know you are staying in our unit. (Note: skis and snowboards are NOT allowed inside our suite so please use Spicy Sports or keep equipment in your vehicle) Secure pay parking is available for additional vehicles, in the underground parking lot. Other things to note · Ski rental shop in the building · Laundry Facilities are located on the 4th Floor • Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub and Gym are located on the 2nd floor (two doors down the hall;) - Underground Parkade height is 6'10 Complimentary Whistler Village Shuttle.
