LOWER POOL CLOSED MAY 7-July 10 The space Unit 4D ( 4th floor) enjoys an extra large unique terrace with panoramic views of the bay and Old Town. It is a spacious 3000 square foot corner unit one floor above the lower pool/restaurant/bar and two floors above the gym and lobby for easy access to amenities. Open and spacious living room, kitchen and dining area that all face the terrace. Terrace equipped with 2 chaise lounges, daybed, sofa, table and four chairs. All bedrooms are equipped with Samsung LED smart tvs and a small safe. Amazon firestick is available in living room to watch all US network channels and sporting events. High speed internet throughout entire unit that extends to lower pool area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the singles bedroom can easily be made up as a third king bedroom. Black out shades are in all bedrooms and automated blackout shades are located in the living area. Open doors from living area to terrace allows for very large open air space. Kitchen fully equipped with a water filtration system for refrigerator ice/water . Regular coffee maker, blender and toaster also available. Guest access Guests will meet with our property manager, Admin Homes, upon arrival and register at secure front desk. Credit card might be required for onsite charges at that time. Important: A 500 mxn peso ($25 US) per night resort fee will be collected at the security desk upon check-in. This is independent of airbnb fees. Property manager will show guests the unit as well as building amenities and be of concierge service ( for excursions, personal requests or any issues arising) to guests during their stay. The use of amenities is highly recommended due to the high quality and fair price of the food and services. Other things to note IMPORTANT CONDO COMPLEX RULES REGARDING NOISE AND SECURITY Our upscale condo complex has rules in place to promote a relaxing, peaceful, respectful and secure experience for all owners and guests. 1) The time between 10 pm and 7 am is a respected quiet time and applies to outside balcony noise and music. 2) Courteous noise levels are expected on private balconies and common areas at all times 3) House parties are NOT allowed and outside guests are NOT allowed in the common areas at anytime 4) Lower level pool opens at 9 am and closes at 9 pm while rooftop pool opens at 11 am and closes at 10 pm.( it is currently closed for maintenance until July 10) 5) Security monitors property and noise levels throughout the day and night to ensure adherence to all rules 6) Violations are subject to fines We appreciate your adherence to our HOA rules. We want your stay to be luxurious, relaxing and top notch! -Onsite food and beverage is excellent and of great value. - Room service is also available -Onsite massages are available and can be scheduled using the online app provided at front desk.
