The house is in a prime location in Campeche. The place is safe and the neighborhood is very quiet. Very easy access to Campeche beach, just a 7-minute walk, and close to the place where the boats leave for the paradisiacal Campeche Island. The house is well equipped and cozy for you to enjoy your vacation. Near the house is also Lagoa da Chica, a beautiful, quiet and excellent place to spend a late afternoon. The space Cozy, safe, airy house, space to rest, individual lawn with parking inside the property. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning and a home office table, and the other with a double bed, wardrobe and portable fan. A bathroom, living room and combined kitchen, garage with a hammock for resting, barbecue, washing machine + tank and electric oven. Small pets are allowed.
