The space incorporates a few handmade items by local artists in town Many kitchen amenities are provided including dishwasher, keurig coffee maker, cooking oil, numerous spices, pots and pans, toaster, blender, crockpot, etc. WIFI is included with a 65” smart TV in the living room and 55" smart TV in the bedroom. Please note that YouTube TV is provided and installed! Please no noise after 10 pm and before 7 am to respect the other tenants. This apartment is ideal for both short business trips and longer term extended stays. Don't miss your chance to experience the heart of Omaha in such a picturesque setting! Guest access The apartment is on the third floor and accessible via keypad access from the exterior via three flights of wooden stairs. Other things to note Items provided for guests at no charge: keurig coffee pods, sugar, creamer, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trashbags, cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Feel free to log into your personal accounts for Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc. to stream shows. Make sure to log out when you check out! YouTube TV is provided and the TV should be logged in when you check in. Pets are not allowed on the property. A charge of $300 will apply if this rule is not adhered to by guests. SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR APARTMENT COMPLEX. If smoking is detected, a $300 fine will be applied to the reservation. No inside or outside patio grilling is allowed due to insurance restrictions. Please no noise after 10 pm to respect the other tenants. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
