Tradewinds above Red Hook

Location, and Location. Tradewinds Condos are located on the East End of St Thomas, right above Red Hook! It's a 5-minute walk to the St John ferry dock, Bars, Restaurants, and Groceries. No need for a car! The power is steady, with 3 sources. WAPA, Solar, and a backup Genny If WAPA goes out, it's quiet as we are on Battery Power. Fast Wi Fi. Cheers! The space This Condo is on the ground floor, no steps to carry groceries. The washer and dryer for the property is right outside the front door, in a utility room. Lots of room for a 1 bedroom with a Murphy Bed in the living room. A Large L shaped couch with a 60 inch TV mounted to the wall. The deck is very large and two tiered for the Jacuzzi. There is a Propane BBQ Grill on the deck. And to be clear, the 2nd bed is a Murphy Bed in the living room. Guest access There is a car port right in front of the Condo, 10 feet from the front door, if you decide to rent a car or Jeep. No need however because you are a 5-minute walk from everything you would need. Other things to note There are cats on the property that will come around on the deck looking for attention. Best to not let them into the Condo. If you don't like them, you can shoo them away.
