Pink House at the Beach

The Pink House at the Beach is a cute and comfortable updated home a ten minute walk from miles of beach. Nestled in the shore pines, this home is a few blocks from the ocean and protected from the classic Oregon Coast winds. Newly renovated, it has a new king size memory foam bed, an open kitchen for gathering for meals, and a large yard and deck. Bring your kids and pets! Note: there is no TV (but there is solid WIFI). The yard is not fully fenced. The space This home is our beach place where we spend time with our dog, baby, and friends. At just under 700 sq feet, its a cozy space with antiques, art, and light pink walls. It does not feel like a hotel, and we wouldn't want it to! This home is ideal for folks looking to be close to the water and who want to be immersed in nature. Bedroom: this home has one bedroom with a king bed, closet space, and heater. A pack n play fits nicely next to the closet door and is available. Kitchen: the kitchen is stocked with a new fridge, range, and basic tools for preparing meals. No dishwasher. Yard: the property is large, with an upper yard close to the house and a lower area for parking. Although the yard feels private, no space is completely fenced in and dogs left unattended can walk out to the roads above and below the property. Beach- beach access is a 0.3 mile walk on paved roads (no sidewalks). Dogs are allowed to run off leash at the beach. All manner of exciting flotsam and jetsam wash up on the beach depending on the season. The wind, fog, sun, and relentless crashing waves inspire awe at this beach. It is a dream to have it so close by. Accessibility: This space is NOT ACCESSIBLE for folks who struggle navigating stairs. The home is accessed by several stairs from the parking area. The bedroom is three steps down from the main level. Outdoor decks and stairs can be slippery in the wet seasons. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms in the house and all corners of the property. Guests will not have access to the garage. Other things to note The parking area is quite large, reach out if you need to park an RV or 5th wheel. Pets are allowed but we would prefer that they stay off the bed and the light grey couch.
