In rare cases, our staff may need to access the property, and guests will be notified in advance. In case of an emergency, we may need to access the apartment without prior notice. Other things to note Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. You can pick whichever one works best for you between two options:  – A non-refundable damage waiver of 53.50 EUR that covers accidental damage, or  – A refundable security deposit of 400 EUR held before check-in and returned after your stay, as long as there’s no damage. • Before arrival, guests will need to sign a short rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and share contact details to receive their check in information. • If you're booking for commercial or content-creation purposes, please let us know in advance — different rates or terms may apply. • Bringing pets? No problem — this apartment is pet-friendly! We do charge a €50 sanitation fee per pet If a pet is brought without letting us know, there’s a €500 penalty, so please keep us in the loop.
