The house is just 1 km from the commercial center of Boiçucanga, (Shopping malls, Markets, Restaurants, Snack bars, Hospital, etc...) The house is spacious. We have 3 en-suite bedrooms all equipped with fans and a mezzanine bedroom equipped with the only air conditioning in the house, an anteroom that turns into a bedroom with the option of two single beds or one double bed. The space Located on a 2500 M2 plot that joins the local forest without borders or fences, the rustic/caiçara architecture house was completely renovated at the end of 2024, spacious, airy and well lit by sunlight. You can feel the presence of nature present inside the house, as its architecture has integrated nature. Pure, crystal clear water directly from the spring flows into the house's faucets and the natural pool. Each morning you are awoken by the sounds and visits of the native birds of the region and the fresh air of the forest. The place is almost like a condominium of old and lovely residents that provide a feeling of an interior village. Safety here is being in the forest surrounded by peaceful people and not the walls and cameras of cities. We also have a partnership with residents of our neighborhood association who offer outdoor Yoga classes in the Atlantic Forest, massage and boat trips to the beautiful islands off our coast. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 2,500m2 property You can enjoy the natural chlorine-free pool, the fire pit area, and the outdoor balconies, as well as private areas, as each of the 4 bedrooms has a balcony or veranda with exclusive access. The property has no fence or walls, the house's boundary is the Serra do Mar state park and the street that gives access to the house. Other things to note Pool is "Viva" with running water that comes directly from the waterfall 💦 We provide trash bags, please keep your trash organized and indoors. Otherwise, wild animals may open the trash at dawn and spread it around the property. We also maintain a composure for the organic waste on the property. Smokers, please throw your cigarette butts in the trash and ashtrays located outside the house. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, much less in the forest 🙏🏼🍀🍃🌱 Remember that you are in nature's territory and it appreciates care and respect. No smoking is allowed inside the house in any way. The house is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest ...so bring repellent for your own use and to put in the rooms. As the house is in the middle of the Atlantic forest, visit of some native animals such as geckos, moths, pererdes, spiders can happen No more, Enjoy the Stay !!! 😉😊
