Leeton, home to the Fivebough and Tuckerbil Wetlands, is perfect for birdwatching, and the Murrumbidgee River is also easily accessible within the Leeton Shire, just 31 km from the tiny home. What's more, the location is 155 km from Wagga Wagga Airport and 54 km from Griffith. It is also 24 km from Narrandera, with Wagga Wagga Airport being the closest major airport and Narrandera Airport as the most convenient option for vacationers coming to Coleslea, as there is no public transport, apart from a taxi service in Leeton. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home offers a secluded and private retreat with views of the Brobenah Hills and surrounding farmland. It features convenient amenities, including easy access to water, split-system air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that we are a working farm, and certain areas are shared with machinery and animals. We kindly ask that you be mindful of this during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny home and the surrounding bushland on our property. However, access to workshops and work areas is strictly prohibited (or is not allowed). We also ask that guests remain alert when using shared driveways. Shed and work areas are strictly off-limits to guests. If you're interested, we offer the following pre-order options: - Given our location, we also provide accommodation for horses (please note, this is for overnight stays only, not for trail rides). Other things to note - Gas BBQ Grill is available - Pet cleaning fees applied for an additional $30 per pet per stay, Kindly make the payment to the host directly on-site - $100 extra cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the land host if any misuse of the cassette toilet or overflowing occurs. - Firewood provided for free - Pets are allowed by prior notice - Mobile phone reception has a weak signal - Pets should be kept on a leash at all times - No uninvited guests or visitors are allowed - Drinking water will be provided free of charge - No open fires and solid fuels during total fire bans - No smoking inside the tiny home except in designated areas - Please note that there may be occasional noise during harvest seasons - As an added note, our property is home to livestock, dogs, and local wildlife. - Guests are welcome to hand-feed the friendly pet deer and cows during their stay - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Safety guidelines << PLEASE READ >> - Cigarettes must be disposed of in the provided cigarette tray, as the area is considered a high fire risk. - Our fire pit may only be used during non-fire seasons, like winter. The host will provide guidance on when it is safe to use. - If you plan to bring children, ADULT SUPERVISION is strongly recommended due to the presence of moving machinery, open dams, and wildlife.
