LOFT 02 - COMPLETE AND DECORATED

The space LOFT 2 is a space in the midst of Nature, a very quiet, polite and familiar neighborhood. The location is on the slope (steep slope) of Toca do Coelho, close to the beaches of Geribá and Tartaruga. Our loft has a bedroom with a box bed, TV with cable antenna, ceiling fan, dining table with poufs. The bathroom is very large and has a shower with a temperature regulator and a super spacious box. The kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, cooktop stove, cooking utensils (pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.) Your stay in the apartment: - We don't have parking, and our street has few parking spaces. If you come by car, you may need to park on the nearest street. - The guest is responsible for cleaning during the stay, and delivering the apartment clean and organized at check-out. - Not suitable and safe for babies and toddlers. - Your host is available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. in case of questions and emergencies. - It is the guest's responsibility to purchase personal hygiene products (toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, etc.), food, cleaning products or any other supply that is not in the apartment. -We do not provide bath/face towels. -The apartment has bed linens (we do not change bed linens during the stay). - The apartment does not have air-conditioning, only a fan. - It is not suitable for babies, as it has no protective railing on the balcony and stairs. - Before booking, read the full listing. If you have any questions, ask the Host. - The apartment has a window in the kitchen and a window in the bathroom. - Smoking is not allowed on the premises, only on the street. - No more than 2 people are allowed to stay in the apartment.
