On stunning Lake Clear, Eganville, this large private basement studio apartment has dock, deck, bbq, a new queen bed, 3pc bath, seating + dining areas, bar fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, full washer/dryer, 55” Samsung smart TV, internet, books and games. Fish to your heart’s content during the day and walk to your cozy, warm bed. We have a fish cleaning shed!! Please note: There is a 2 night min for long wknds. Welcome to the Lake! The space During the warmer months, enjoy the lake and tie up your boat at our dock. The deck is perfect for barbequing your day's catch and watching the lake from the umbrella'd bistro set. Early morning coffee in the sunroom is perfect to watch ducks, geese, the occasional swan and listen to the loons. For those who enjoy the forest, watch the fireflies flit through the pines in the backyard gazebo on a warm night. Is there anything better than the lake??
