Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all six bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, dining spaces, bathrooms, outdoor areas, private hot tub, and massage bed. The property is accessed via self-check-in, allowing guests to arrive at their convenience. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. There is ample parking available on-site for multiple vehicles. Guests are welcome to enjoy all amenities provided within the home while respecting the property and surrounding neighborhood. Other things to note • The property is located in a peaceful residential area, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours. • The hot tub is available for guest use throughout the stay. Please follow all safety guidelines provided at the property. • The massage bed is provided for relaxation purposes and should be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. • No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted without prior approval. • The maximum occupancy of the property is 11 guests ie there are TWO separate properties main house and annex approx 100m apart, sleeping 11 people in total. • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. • For safety and security purposes, external security cameras may be installed at the property's entrances. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas. • Check-in and check-out times will be provided upon booking confirmation. • Due to the countryside location, guests may occasionally encounter local wildlife and natural surroundings, which contribute to the property's unique charm. PN; Please note that we require a refundable security deposit of between £400-£500, depending on the booking. This deposit will be refunded to you after your stay, provided there are no damages.
