The house sits within around 10 acres of private grounds including gardens, woodland, paddocks and lakes, giving guests a peaceful countryside feel while still being close to local towns and transport links. Whether you’re booking for a contractor team during the week, a family celebration, golf trip or a relaxed weekend away with friends, the property has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. Other things to note • The property accommodates a maximum of 22 guests. Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate. Our home features 11 bedrooms with 8 in the main house and 3 in the Annex ie 8 kings in main house and 3 double beds in Annex • We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Events are only permitted with prior written approval from the host. • The hot tub is available for guest use throughout your stay. Please follow the safety instructions provided in the house manual and ensure children are supervised at all times. • The barbecue grill is available for guest use. Please clean it after use and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving it unattended. its a common charcoal grill • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and we ask guests to dispose of cigarette ends responsibly. • Free parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles. • As the property is located in a peaceful countryside setting, you may occasionally encounter wildlife and natural surroundings, which add to the charm of the location. • For your security, exterior CCTV cameras may be installed at the entrances to the property. There are no cameras inside the house or in any private guest areas. NOTE: Please be mindful of the steps put up throughout the home, be safe!
