Royal Mile A beautiful historic street full of shops, pubs and traditional Scottish atmosphere. Holyrood Palace The official residence of the King in Scotland, located at the end of the Royal Mile. Arthur’s Seat A volcanic hill with one of the best views of Edinburgh. Great for a walk or hike. Calton Hill Easy to access and perfect for photos with stunning views over the city. Victoria Street A colorful and charming street, very popular for photos. Dean Village Quiet and picturesque, with old houses and a beautiful riverside path. Princes Street Gardens Lovely gardens right in the city centre, with an amazing view of the Castle. National Museum of Scotland Free entry and full of interesting exhibitions for all ages. Camera Obscura Fun and unique, with illusions and interactive installations. Scotch Whisky Experience A great way to learn about Scotland’s most famous drink.
