Ranch with a View

Come out and enjoy the countryside and peace and quiet on the ranch. Enjoy the views of the rolling hills on the spacious back porch or snuggle up on the comfy couch and enjoy a book while escaping the city life. We’re 35 minutes from downtown and the airport. Close enough to all Austin has to offer but far enough away to experience the country life. The space There is a queen size bed in the single room. We have a couch in the living room that can sleep one child. We sometimes make exceptions to allow up to two extra guests (4 total). If this is something you are interested in, you would need to provide your own air mattress and linens and please check with us first when you inquire about the property. The kitchen is a full kitchen with electric stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans and other utensils. On the back porch there is a large sitting area and a outdoor table with chairs that seats 6. There is also a propane BBQ pit for your use. We have had many guests host local family and friends and we love sharing the space with as many as we can. Guest access You have free access to every area other than the fenced in backyard of the main house. Other things to note We use Starlink for our internet. They are a satellite internet service provider and in our experience since using them has been amazing compared to other providers we’ve tried. Phares has worked from home and with frequent video conferences on a regular basis with no issues. Most times when we’ve checked speeds during the day we are in the 80 mbps or higher. This location is out in the country so there is the possibility to see spiders, scorpions and other bugs. We have an exterminator come out quarterly to spray the cabin but this does not guarantee zero bugs in or around the cabin.
