The space Tall ceilings with ample spaced bedrooms and a spacious and light bathroom. The kitchen/dinning and sitting area splits the two bedrooms and has an exit door on each side. One leading in from the entrance side and the opposite glass doors leading into the wonderfully secluded walled garden complete with decked logia alfresco eating area. The kitchen has an electric cooker, ceramic hob, fridge with a freezer compartment for ice and a small dish washer, There is a kitchen table that seats four. With an extra chair in case, in the utility room. There is a double sofa in the sitting room area and a small coffee table. The king sized bed in the main bedroom has a tempur memory foam mattress whilst the small double bed sized twins in bedroom number 2, have pocket sprung mattresses from the original bed company and a ‘panda’ memory foam topper. Both have feather duvets and pillows and quilted cotton bed covers with a quilted footer at the end of each bed. Both rooms have hanging space and a chest of drawers, radiators and smart tvs The twin room also has underfloor heating. Guest access Guests are welcome to make use of the walled garden area and around the walled garden area.
