The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for a family or a group of friends. In addition, it has 2 additional single sofa beds to accommodate more guests. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed afternoon. It has a grill to prepare delicious barbecues and a pool to cool off on hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The house with air conditioning in all rooms so you can be comfortable at any time of the day. In addition, you can enjoy high-speed internet to be connected at all times. Please note that the house is on the first floor and can only be accessed by stairs. But don't worry, the view from the terrace is worth the effort. To guarantee your safety, we have installed security cameras at the entrance to the house. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for. Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
