original solid wood floorboards- freshly varnished fully equipped kitchen (except theres no washing machine at the moment till I can get a counter top one due to no space for an under counter unfortunately but there is a laundrette 5min drive onto Aigburth Road Brand new apartment just been set up and added to Airbnb and is my first of many to come hopefully 1 double bedroom 1 single bedroom 1 double sofa bed max 5 adults The space The property is on the Top 3rd floor and has stairs only in the building there's no liftunfortunately Guest access the code to enter the building and lockbox code for the keys for Apt 25 will be sent to you 24hrs before your stay Other things to note The sofabed in the living room is a full size double bed and can sleep 2 adults Every Tuesday at 10am there is a fire alarm test so please dont worry and ignore it 😊
