Three heights of calm

We invite you to discover Buitrago del Lozoya by staying in a three-story house completely renovated in 2025, made with every detail in mind to make you feel at home. It is next to the town's main square, so you will have all the services at hand as well as hiking and biking trails; but it is also set up so that you can rest when you want. It consists of a common area with a kitchen, living room, dining bar on the ground floor and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on the two upper floors. The space Upon entering the house you will see three steps on the right that go down to the living room, with a sofa bed and in the same space the kitchen and a peninsula to eat and enjoy the after-dinner chats. It is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, cutlery, glassware, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There are even wine glasses. In front of the main door is the staircase that leads to the first floor where there is a double room with a 1.35 sofa bed, natural stone wall and a handmade wooden headboard. With a fully equipped private bathroom and a balcony facing the street. And of course a closet. Leaving this room on the left, you go up the last flight of stairs, which is quite steep so it is not suitable for children and elderly people with little mobility. On the top floor you will find another double room with a 1.35 bed, two small dressing rooms on each side of the bed, a work area, a balcony facing the street and a private bathroom fully equipped with everything you need. Guest access You'll have the entire house for you and your companions. Buitrago de Lozoya is ideal for getting around and exploring it on foot, enjoying its historic center surrounded by a spectacular Arab-style wall, located in one of the meanders of the Lozoya River. Visit the Picasso Museum, which was born in the town, or the Gothic-style church of Santa Maria. And of course enjoy the typical dish of the area: the chuletón de la sierra. The gastronomic offer is rich and varied. In addition to hiking, fishing, kayaking... Other things to note Please note that our little house has stairs along three floors, somewhat steep to access the top floor. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or for children under 10 years of age. Before leaving the accommodation, we ask you to leave the dishes washed or in the dishwasher, throw away the garbage and make sure to leave the lights and a/c off.
