In the one room there is a double bed, closet, kitchenette with one-fire induction hob, smart TV, table and chairs for dining that can be put on the veranda for outdoor dining when necessary. The apartment has a bathroom complete with sink, shower stall, toilet and hand shower. The property has just been renovated and is tastefully furnished. The surroundings of Miramare in Torre Ovo The Miramare Superior Studio is located along Via delle Sirene, the seafront promenade of Torre Ovo. The complex is located right in front of Librari beach. There are clubs and bars nearby. The nearest towns with all services are Marina di Lizzano, about 8 km away, and Campomarino di Maruggio, about 13 km away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - In the bathroom there is no bidet, but a bidet sprayer. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 150 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage. - Single-fire induction plate.
