For your safety we have two outdoor cameras are monitoring the property. One camera is positioned to monitor the front door and driveway, and the second camera covers the backyard, patio, and back door. No cameras are inside the property. Guest access Guest have access to the entire townhouse, garage (laundry and secondary fridge), and covered deck in the fenced back yard. Other things to note • This is a smoke-free property. • To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that there be no parties, loud music, or unregistered guests. • Pets must be pre-approval and a nightly fee per pet. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 per pet fee. • Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. • Due to the proximity to the interstate, there is some road noise that can be heard from the property. • For safety and security, exterior cameras are located at the front and back entrances.
