Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: Up to 4 cars allowed in the driveway. This 5 bedroom/4 bathroom lake home is ideal for families looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and truly relax. With multiple areas of the property containing ample seating, entertaining family and friends will be a breeze. There is a 13ft dining table that seats 12-16, the rooftop balcony seats 14 and still has room for cornhole, the upper game room seats 9, and the living room seats 11+ with 75” 4K TV. Each bedroom was designed for your comfort with Interior wall soundproofing insulation and solid-core doors. With hotel-style AC/heat air handlers with remotes, you are sure to be comfortable and set temperatures to your liking. The bunk beds are all Twin XL, so adults can sleep comfortably. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home.
