The space Welcome to ‘Jardin Secret’, an 85 m² 5-star haven of peace in the heart of Nantes, officially rated by Atout France, the French Ministry of Tourism. This bright apartment combines the charm of exposed stone walls with contemporary design. The spacious and airy living area, bathed in natural light, opens onto a beautiful private garden. The living room, with its exposed stone wall, is perfect for relaxing. For your evenings in, all streaming services are available and a Bluetooth speaker is provided. A dedicated workspace is also set up for those who need to stay connected. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in two bedrooms with premium-quality bedding: - Bedroom 1: One King-size double bed, 180 x 200 cm. - Bedroom 2: Two single beds, convertible into a King-size bed upon request before your arrival, supplement for bookings of fewer than 4 travelers. The sleek white kitchen is fully equipped, with a fan-assisted oven and a dishwasher. The modern bathroom features a bathtub with shower. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available for your use. For families travelling with young children, we provide the following upon request, with a €25 supplement: Baby bathtub Travel cot with comfort mattress High chair, plates and cutlery Muzzü baby cleansing product Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its private 80 m² garden with a shaded terrace. Secure, free underground parking is located right next to the apartment (maximum height: 2 metres). A 7.4 kWh charging point is available exclusively for the accommodation (charging fees apply). A message will be sent to you before your stay to activate the reserved space. Other things to note Please note that the accommodation has many stairs and that the bathtub-shower requires stepping over the edge. It is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility. For your safety and the peace of the neighbourhood, surveillance cameras are installed outside the property. Please note: cleaning fees are to be paid as an additional charge after the booking. They amount to €80 for any stay of more than 3 nights, and €50 for stays of 3 nights or less. If you would like to do the cleaning yourself, cleaning products and equipment are provided. Household linen, including sheets and towels, is included in the price for the number of people stated in the booking. Decibel monitors are installed inside to help ensure quiet is respected.
