The space The room for rent is on the 2nd floor of a 3 flat building and requires climbing one small set of stairs to the front door outside and another set of stairs to get to the unit. The unit itself is one level with no stairs. The unit consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the 3 bedrooms are set apart from each other and not right next to each other. This bedroom has its own bathroom and would not share the main bathroom with any guests booking the other 2 guest rooms down the hall. Common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room) are shared by guests and should be cleaned up after each use for any other guests in the space. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the private guest bedroom, private attached bathroom, and some shared spaces including the dining room, living room, full kitchen, and laundry area. As this is a shared space, only guests on the Airbnb reservation are permitted in the property, including the unit itself and common area hallways/lobby; any violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation, and guests will be required to vacate the property. ***Family/friends of guests may assist with carrying luggage/brief setup but may not remain in the condo if not on the reservation.*** During your stay I may stop by the property to clean between guest stays, but I do not live on the property. I am available via messaging through the Airbnb app for any concerns or questions or via phone for emergencies. Other things to note ***Check-in on the first day is between 4 pm & 9 pm and is not flexible for a later time than 9 pm without prior communication and approval. Earlier check-in may be available with prior approval from the host but is not guaranteed.*** ***Only guests on the Airbnb reservation are permitted in the home.*** ***Kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, stove, Keurig, etc.), dishes, pots, pans, the dining room table, the main bathroom, the living area--all spaces and items in the common areas are shared; and guests are expected to clean up after themselves. Dishwasher-safe items may be placed in the dishwasher. At no time, may guests take any item out of the home, such as a water bottle or travel mug.
