Barker's Black Butte Home- Best Deal on the Ranch!

Our 2,200 sq. feet home located in the center of the Ranch is waiting for you to enjoy. Our remodeled, air-conditioned home accommodates up to 10 people with private areas. We are a 3-minute walk from Paulina pool, tennis courts, & creek. Check-in is at 4:00 PM & check-out is at 11:00 AM. PLEASE NOTE: Black Butte is now having homeowners collect the recreation fees of 12%. In the past, fees were collected at check-in. We don't have control of this process & fees will be assessed all guests. The space Our home has three bedrooms plus a big loft. The upstairs has a large, private master suite with a king bed, plasma TV, and newly remodeled en suite bathroom. In addition, there is a loft with four single beds. On the main floor, we have two bedrooms (both with king beds) and a large remodeled bathroom with heated floors. Our remodeled kitchen is open to the dining and family room and is fully equipped for you to prepare just about anything. We have a large dining room table and an island perfect for family dinners or game playing. Our family room is cozy (but big enough for the whole group) with an 85-inch Smart TV, wood stove, and plenty of places to watch a movie or sporting event. We have a large deck perfect for BBQing and visits with friends. In the winter, enjoy a cozy fire while you watch the snowfall, or drive 12 minutes to ski or sled. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guest access You will have access to our entire home, including the garage, to store bikes and sporting equipment. There are two driveways. Don't be surprised if there is a red Jeep off to the side of the driveway. Other things to note Why should you rent from us? We are honest and reliable people who enjoy sharing our home with others. Black Butte is one of our favorite places in all the world, and our goal is to provide you with the perfect setting for a vacation. We have rented our home for the past 19 years and have nothing but positive ratings. We are open communicators and enjoy helping our guests. In return, we ask our guests to be respectful and conscientious when using our home. IF YOU CHOOSE TO BRING A PET, IT IS AN ADDITIONAL $30 per pet per day. If necessary, please arrange with the owner for the additional fee. Also, it is important to note that Black Butte Ranch charges a 12% recreation fee. This will be part of your quote on Airbnb. We have no control over this fee, and is required for all renters.
