We have a fitness studio, reformer Pilates studio free for guests, functional spa accessible to guests, ice plunge, a garden and a patio to experience breathtaking sunsets. We have a fitness studio, functional spa accessible to guests as paid service, free Reformer Pilates classes, paid ice plunge, a garden and a patio to experience breathtaking sunsets. Daily cleaning (on request at no extra fees). General cleaning is done twice a week by in-house utility staff. No Parties or Large Gatherings - the premises shall not be used for parties, loud events, or gatherings exceeding 6 people. Any violation may result in penalty or forfeiture of the caution fee. Noise Control - All occupants must maintain respectful noise levels. To ensure your comfort, we provide 24/7 electricity with a backup inverter backed by a diesel generator. Generator back up hours are 7-9am and 9pm-12midnight. Additional generator hours is available on request at an extra fee. A water pressure pump is also available. We have a 24/7 onsite utility staff to ensure you have a comfortable and hassle free stay.
