Bragg Creek Boutique Basement Suite.

Come stay at our pet friendly, peaceful basement suite located just a 10 minute walk to the hamlet of Bragg Creek which offers a wide range of eating places + shops. We are just a 10 minute drive to the West Bragg Creek trail head. Please note the sofa bed is a twin, or can be pulled out to a king size. This is situated in the kitchen, there is still plenty of room in there even when it is pulled out to a king size. Enjoy! The space A walk in basement suite with a separate entrance to the main home with a seating area by the door. The suite looks out over the treed area at the back of the house. There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. This room is also where the 2nd bed is which is a king size sofa bed which can remain pulled out during your stay as there is room to move around the kitchen with it open. There is a shower room off the kitchen. The main bedroom has a window overlooking the woods at the back of the house. The living room is stocked with board games, books and a TV with a Chrome stick in the back which allows you to watch internet based streaming services such as Netflix, with your account details. Please note we don't have cable or satellite TV or access to any standard television programing. The bathroom has a clawfoot bath and separate shower, there is a window looking out over the woods to the side of the house. Exterior: There are a couple of exterior seated areas which are separate to the main home. There is a propane fire pit which can be used even during a fire ban. There is a lockable space just by the entrance with plenty of room to store your outdoor equipment, bikes, skis etc.. The front yard is fully fenced and your furry friend is more than welcome to relax here. Guest access All rooms mentioned are accessible by guests and not shared with the main house. Other things to note We have 2 retired sled dogs, K2 and Loki. We adopted them from Snowy Owl Sled dog tours. K2's profile when she was up for adoption was 'probably the world's laziest sled dog'! They both certainly are and K2's main aim in life is to have her tummy rubbed as often as possible! They are both the gentlest souls. The dogs are outside a lot but please let us know if you would prefer them not to be around when you arrive and when you are outside the property. Also, please note, as this is a basement suite there are stairs to get to the entrance. Thanks
